Hey Fam!

I’m Kadero Watson— a loving, husband, proud father, a relationship mentor, and lifestyle content creator, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. For over a decade, I built a fulfilling career in college athletics, serving student-athletes and helping shape athletic programs across the country. While I found deep purpose in that work, over time it became my identity. But God had other plans.

In a leap of faith, I stepped away from the familiar to pursue a higher calling—one that centered around faith, family, and intentional living. Alongside Hope, my wife and best friend of 20+ years, we co-founded Everyday with H&K, a brand devoted to inspiring others through real conversations about marriage, parenting, and personal growth.

Though I’m naturally a homebody, I have a deep love for adventure—whether that’s traveling to new places, trying out incredible food, or creating experiences that bring people together. At the heart of everything I do is a desire to encourage strong relationships built on friendship, faith, and purpose through Love & Laughter!
